1. Who we are

Mr. Hairline (“we”) operates this website to connect patients with verified hair-transplant surgeons. If you have any privacy questions, email hello@mrhairline.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data — email, password (hashed), full name, role.
• Consultation requests— answers from the consultation form, plus any photos you upload.
• Messages — conversations and attachments between you and your chosen doctor.
• Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for login + session management. Optional analytics cookies only after you accept.

3. How we use it

• To deliver consultation requests to the doctor you selected.
• To let doctors and admins reply to you on the platform.
• To moderate reviews and detect fraud.
• To send transactional emails (account, request confirmations, password reset). No marketing without explicit opt-in.

4. Sharing

We share consultation requests and messages only with the specific doctor you addressed. Photos are stored on Supabase (EU/Frankfurt region) and never shown to third parties. We do not sell data.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@mrhairline.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Consultation requests are kept for up to 24 months for medical-record compliance. Photos are deleted along with the request.

7. Changes

We'll post material changes on this page and notify signed-in users by email.
